My Cause

In September of 2017 my life changed forever….again. My Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and lived in a memory unit for the last 3 years of her life. I visited her many times every week and what I saw changed me. Not only what I saw in the patients but what I didn’t see which is many visitors visiting their loved ones. It was devastating watching the last 3 years of her life. Seeing it up close has encouraged me to try and make a difference even if it just a small one. That’s why a portion of any purchase made that comes from this site will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. I thank you in advance. But for now enjoy the book!
